I take care of all the admin work for our online store plus order management and logistics.
As we sell our products to customers all over the world it is quite important that we take care of how the products are packaged and shipped. We use quality packaging material that we have carefully chosen to suit the products while ensuring that we do not add extra unwanted weight that would unnecessarily increase the cost of shipping.
Once your items are packaged we send them over to our courier agents to ship the parcel to you. We researched and chose an international courier agent that provides competitive shipping rates while providing quality service. The parcel is then assigned a tracking number before being shipped. We will inform you the tracking number, once we receive it, so you can follow up your parcel’s route.

UPDATE: October 7th 2020 - To further reduce the shipping costs, we have now changed our shipping method to Registered Parcel. Although the delivery periods are now a bit longer, however, they are much cheaper but you will still be able to track your orders.
